About LRS Video Productions LRS Video Productions like many other videography businesses got its start on the amateur stage. In the 1980’s with the request to “film” the wedding of our eldest niece, the current wedding and event videography business located in Amarillo, Texas was born using the name “LRS Films”. We have been corrected many times that film is a chemical process, while video is manufactured by means of electronics. Upon turning pro, it became obvious we could no longer continue to use the “LRS Films” name, which had become somewhat of a landmark in our videos.  LRS Video Productions uses state of the art digital cameras and digital editing, employing Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects as tools in the editing process. Like many videographers, weddings are captured with multiple cameras in the middle to best wedding packages assuring the best angle possible of the wedding action. LRS Video Productions can utilize multiple cameras “manned”, or one camera “manned” and the other cameras controlled remotely. Wireless mics are placed on consenting grooms to capture those very important vows for a lifetime.  What sets LRS Video Productions apart from other videographers is how we tell the wedding story. An enjoyable video should hold the viewers’ attention throughout the production. A video need not be a Hollywood production, but it should contain the sophistication to hold the attention span of the viewer by utilizing effects, transitions, creativity, and those light moments, which always seem to happen during weddings and special events. We can also employ this same technology to athletic events, school videos, safety and training videos, anniversaries, birthdays, and all of those occasions that hold a special fondness to the participants.  LRS Video Productions is a member of WEVA International (Wedding and Event Videographers Association).
