Summary Of Terms And Conditions (See Contract For Detail)

1. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. The video production must be paid for in full two weeks prior to wedding.  All pictures for photo stories are due 14 days prior to the wedding, and no later than 30 days after the wedding. Editing work on the finished video will not begin prior to receipt of all materials.

2. Upon your signature, LRS Video Productions reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for this time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable if the wedding is cancelled for any reason, or if the date is changed.

3. If LRS Video Productions is unable to perform the services agreed upon for whatever reason, we will refund your deposit. Under any and all circumstances, LRS Video Productions liability is limited to the refund of the deposit. 

4. It is the responsibility of the client to secure permission of church, synagogue, or other officials to videotape the ceremony. The deposit is non-refundable if such officials prevent videotaping. LRS Video Productions will abide by the rules of the church or synagogue regarding camera placement at the ceremony. Permission of the officials is required before the camera(s) are set up. 

5. LRS Video Productions will take utmost care to produce a video of good quality. However, we will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective tape stock. If taping is prevented due to such occurrences, the deposit will be refunded. LRS Video Productions makes no guarantees, either expressed or implied in regard to aesthetic qualities of the completed video. LRS Video Productions does not guarantee completed videos to be of a specific length of time (the average run time for wedding videos is approximately 60-90 minutes, depending on package).  

6. Client's still photographer must allow for "equal time" for LRS Video Productions to acquire video/still images.  

7.  LRS Video Productions does not guarantee specific individuals will be included within the finished video, although we will certainly try to capture all of the key members to the event if possible.  

8. LRS Video Productions reserves the right to use portions of the videotape for promotional or other purposes. 

9. The satisfaction of the client is our primary goal. However, the client acknowledges that the finished video is a creative work, and as such, reasonable creative discretion will be used in the editing of the finished video.
